The conference takes place at: University of Florida Hilton, (1714 SW 34TH Street, Gainesville, FL 32607, USA) located on the west side of the University of Florida.

Accommodation

The conference will take place in University of Florida Hilton, and Hilton is offering special discounts for all participants. On top of being the conference venue, the University of Florida Hilton is also the venue of the lunches offered by the conference, and other social events (conference reception, dinner). Since it is located conveniently next to the University of Florida, we strongly recommend that the participants search for accommodation within the Hilton, if available. Other hotels in the area of Gainesville can be found in the following links. We encourage participants to rank hotels according to their multiple objectives in terms of costs, distance, etc., and to carefully control check-in and check-out dates and reservation terms.

The registration fee includes:
  • Conference attendance, pre-and post-proceedings, coffee-breaks;
  • Welcome Reception;
  • Lunches in the conference center.

Coffee and refreshments will be available during conference breaks to encourage informal interactions between the participants.
